What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email gracefulmarket@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you have to return your order, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will exchange any damaged items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns unless your items arrived damaged.

My order has not arrived, where is it?

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please check your email for the tracking number. If there is a delay or if your package does not show any movement, please contact USPS customer service first to ask them to track the package. The USPS customer service phone number is (800)-275-8777. They should be able to give you information on the whereabouts of your package. USPS is a company separate from Starr’s Fashionable Eyewear Boutique that we use to ship orders. We are not responsible for stolen or delayed packages.

The tracking number is not providing an update yet, where is the tracking information?

Tracking information can take up to 7 days to show status of shipment(s).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-5 days. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery if you live in the United States. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery for international orders. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. The United States Post Offices is closed all major holidays. Please be aware that we utilize both US and China manufacturers and some items may come in separate shipments as they are completed.
